Recycling has always been important. I tend to save anything that might be useful at some later date. In my glass work I am working with bottles, cutting them, smashing them and combining them with other glass that I have. I also have lots of old copper wire in different weights and am using some of that. The fine wire, I have been forming into trees and like the effect in tiles. I am also recycling parts from failed pieces and scraps left over. There is such satisfaction from creating something lovely or useful from discards.
